Ten Gun Design: Agency Rebrand

While serving as in-house writer at Ten Gun Design, I led the agency’s internal rebrand—a chance to redefine who we were and how we talked about ourselves. I interviewed C-suite leaders and creative directors to understand how they saw the brand and where it needed to grow.
From that research, I developed new brand vision statements and short-, medium-, and long-form messaging frameworks that laid the foundation for Ten Gun’s evolution from a design studio into a more confident, inclusive, and creatively driven agency. The work directly informed the refreshed tone, voice, and positioning now reflected in the agency’s external communications.
