Ten Gun Design: Agency Rebrand

As Ten Gun Design evolved beyond its roots as a design studio, the agency needed clearer language to reflect its broader creative and strategic capabilities. I partnered with leadership to clarify Ten Gun’s brand story and define how the agency should present itself to clients and collaborators.
Through interviews with C-suite leaders and creative directors, I identified gaps between how the agency was perceived and how it wanted to grow. From that research, I developed brand vision statements and short-, medium-, and long-term messaging frameworks to guide tone, voice, and positioning across external communications.
The resulting system helped reposition Ten Gun as a more confident, inclusive, and creatively driven agency—and provided a durable foundation for how the brand shows up today.
