I led a total overhaul of the Cloud Blog & Social team's end-to-end process documentation. This document not only provides step-by-step instructions for every aspect of the wider team's workflows, it defined timelines, deadlines, and volume of work to create an efficient and well-balanced social media program. Updating the document required collaborating directly with team leads across the agency, in addition to client stakeholders and leaders.
